These include nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress management, social connections, and substance use. This holistic understanding, supported by your lab work, allows us to identify and address the core issues impacting your health.

What does a lifestyle medicine consultation look like?

Book a free 15-minute Discovery Call. This is a no-pressure conversation to learn about your goals, answer questions, and make sure we're a great fit.

Complete comprehensive lab work. Your labs help us understand what's happening beneath the surface—so we can personalize your plan instead of guessing. Lab work may include: Complete Blood Count (CBC), Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP), metabolic markers, sex hormones, lipid panel, thyroid panel, Vitamin D + magnesium, uric acid, and inflammation markers.

Schedule your 90-minute Intake Visit. Plan your intake at least one week after your lab draw, so we have your results ready to review together.

Complete your intake forms. After scheduling, we'll email your questionnaires and consents. These help us make your visit efficient, thorough, and tailored to you.

Build your personalized plan—together. In your intake, you'll co-create a plan with your provider using science-informed strategies and your personal preferences. We'll focus on the 6 pillars of lifestyle medicine: Nutrition, Movement, Sleep, Stress, Relationships, & Avoiding risky substances.
